Simon Gregory
Managing Partner
Simon Gregory is the founder of Transact Group, a division of Conclu GmbH established in 2021. Prior to this, he co-founded the Lausanne office of a global M&A franchise. His career began in international business publishing before progressing into international trade development, a trajectory that naturally evolved into mergers and acquisitions—a field in which he has built over 25 years of expertise.

He has been a driving force behind several landmark transactions in Switzerland and internationally. Highlights include the sale of Holly Star—often described as the “Netflix of Switzerland and France”—to Sky Deutschland, and the sale of Neuchâtel-based Capital GES, with its global footprint, to one of the largest payroll companies in the United States.

Beyond his professional achievements, Simon is a passionate artist. He exhibits his work regularly, with collectors from around the world acquiring his pieces.
Véronique Pollacsek
Managing Partner
Véronique Pollacsek is the co-founder of Transact Group, a division of Conclu GmbH. Before launching Conclu, she spent 12 years as co-founder and Head of Operations of an international M&A franchise based in Switzerland, serving clients across Switzerland, France, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led high-profile transactions in sectors ranging from construction, media, and energy to automation, e-commerce, and beyond.

Earlier in her career, Véronique held senior roles at General Electric, where she drove quality initiatives across multiple divisions on two continents, gaining deep operational and leadership experience within a global industrial powerhouse.
Outside of her professional life, Véronique is an avid traveller who has explored more than 60 countries. She is also a passionate long-distance runner, having completed 13 international marathons.
